• Time tracking records (check-in and check-out timestamps)
• Time entry adjustments and associated notes

Location Data

• Event venue locations and GPS coordinates
• Crew member location coordinates when provided

Communications

• SMS messages sent and received through the App via Twilio
• Phone numbers associated with messaging

Device Information

• Push notification tokens
• Device platform (iOS or Android)

Notification Preferences

• Your chosen settings for SMS replies, crew confirmations, event reminders, check-in reminders, and other notification types

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App
• Manage crew assignments and event scheduling
• Track work hours for payroll and reporting purposes
• Send SMS messages and push notifications related to events and assignments
• Generate reports on hours, costs, and crew activity
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Improve and develop the App

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the App, including Twilio (SMS messaging), Expo (push notifications), and our hosting provider (Railway).
• Within Your Organization: Managers and administrators within your organization can view crew member information, assignments, and time tracking data as part of normal App operations.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Hashed password storage
• JWT-based authentication with token expiration
• Secure credential storage on your device using platform-native secure storage

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Time tracking and event data is retained for record-keeping and reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of certain communications

7. Children's Privacy
